Shares Frans Maas Rise After Take Over Speculations

The shares of the European Logistic Services Supplier Frans Maas has today reached their highest level since August after the Dutch Merchant Bank Kempen & Co had raised their recommendation for the share of RUN to BUY. Analyst Charles Estourgie of Kempen & co believes that Frans Maas Group is a good candidate for a take-over bid. Estourgie has the feeling that the shareholders become more and more impatient and believes that the current situation can lead also to a hostile offer.

The share opened Wednesday morning at EUR 25.00, as raised during the day to a highest level of EUR 26.70, what is a profit of 6.8% in comparisson of Tuesday. Around 13.45 the share noted EUR 26.25, or 5% stands more higher. At day close, the share noted still EUR 25,00, what is a raise of 4%. In total 83.646 shares were traded today. A normal day average is 3.600 shares a day.
