EC clears acquisition of ACR by Kuehne + Nagel

The European Commission has granted clearance under the EU Merger Regulation to the acquisition of sole control of ACR Logistics Holdings BV (ACR) of the Netherlands by Kuehne + Nagel International AG (K+N) of Switzerland.

K+N is a worldwide logistics company and its activities include sea freight, airfreight and contract business logistics. ACR (formerly referred to as Hays Logistics) is a worldwide contract logistics provider. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
