DrKW Lifts Maersk Target, But Keeps At Sell

Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein lifts its price target for AP Moller-Maersk to DKK47,000 from DKK45,000, but maintains its sell rating.

Notes container shipping capacity is rising and is about to exceed demand, which will drive down utilization and freight rates and squeeze profitability. Notes that costs, too, are rising. Maersk +0.5% at DKK58,700.
